Views
A view is a saved way to launch a workflow. Each view binds exactly one workflow.
When that workflow’s appliesTo is none, the view is standalone. It has no provider instance and no query.
Otherwise the view stores:
providerInstanceId— which provider instance to queryquery— the filter that resolves subjects at launch time
Opening the view in the sidebar shows the subjects that match now. Run on all matching launches against that set. A standalone view uses Run.
defaultInputValues pre-fill the launch form. They are not applied when a launch omits a value. fixedInputValues are applied at launch and are not asked. A field cannot appear in both maps. Fixed values stay on the view; they are not part of an exported workflow.
Subject views are grouped in the sidebar by provider instance. Standalone views are one group.
