Start a stdio MCP server exposing Kno Views/Jobs tools to MCP clients (Claude
Desktop, Cursor, etc.)

Options:
  -h, --help  display help for command
  --readonly  Register only read/query tools (omit run/retry/cancel/resume
              actions) (default: false)

Examples:
  kno mcp
  kno mcp --readonly
  kno --host http://127.0.0.1:3000 mcp

Register in your MCP client config with command "kno" and args ["mcp"] (or ["mcp","--readonly"]).
